Find out how you can Support Us & Get Involved

Could you be who we are looking for to Volunteer With Us?

Everything we do relies on a team of dedicated volunteers who have a heart for God, a heart for young people and a heart for Crumlin. We seek to provide the best service to the young people we engage with. In upholding this value, we aim to offer the best that we can in terms of volunteer capacity.

There are many opportunities for over 18’s to volunteer in all of our programmes. You are never too old or inexperienced to volunteer. We undertake an application process for volunteers (including two references, personal faith journey and our signing up to our statement of faith), provide relevant contextual training, and support you through an induction process; all to ensure you are comfortable and confident in the volunteer role you will undertake. Could you be who we are looking for to Pray With Us?

The work of Crumlin Youth For Christ is underpinned by prayer and it is given a central place within each programme. Our volunteers are also encouraged to be active in praying for Crumlin Youth For Christ, the wider community, and for each other.

Your prayer support is greatly valued and prayer is one way that people of any age and stage can be intimately involved in our work. If you would like to pray more specifically you can sign up to our monthly update.

We also run a monthly Prayer Gathering (find out when our next gathering is) where anyone is welcome to gather and pray over the young people we engage with, the community and our team.

Could you be who we are looking for to Invest In Young People's Lives?

As a charity, Crumlin Youth For Christ relies heavily on the generosity of faithful individuals, families, churches and funders who support the ongoing work in Crumlin. When you support our work, you’re investing in the lives and eternities of our young people and we thank you for that.

There are a number of ways that you can support the work of Crumlin Youth For Christ. For any of these methods, you can request a supporters form which you can fill in and return to us, or you can give financially online.

One-off Donation
We are really grateful for those who feel led to give. If you wish to give a one-off donation, you can send us a one-off donation via BACS, cheque (made payable to Youth For Christ NI – Crumlin) or cash.

Monthly Standing Order
Monthly giving enables you to spread your giving throughout the year, whilst enabling us to plan ahead as we have a stream of donations coming in. To do this, you will need to download our form and return it to us.

Hold An Event For Us
Another way that you could financially contribute to the work of Crumlin Youth For Christ is to hold an event on our behalf. Maybe your church or group wish to hold a coffee morning in support of Crumlin Youth For Christ (other event ideas are available). If you do then we would love to hear from you. We could help you with the promotion of the event, materials on our work, and even come along to share if it’s appropriate.

Gift Aid
As a UK taxpayer, you are entitled to claim gift aid from any donation you make. This is hugely valuable to us as a charity and of no extra expense to you. It means more of your money goes to where you want it to. We would appreciate if you could complete the Gif Aid section on our supporters form and return it by post or email with your donation.
